What do you do? I am the newest addition to the team and excited to get to know all our client base. I will be working closely with our Account Managers, Design and Web team to project manage the marketing and design projects for our clients. I will also be looking to identify new commercial opportunities to assist in growing and driving the business forward.
Past experience and credentials: I have a multi-disciplined background, with extensive experience across project management, marketing, events, sales, customer service and new business development, all with a proven track record of delivering sustainable results. With a natural creative flair, I enjoy delivering commercial and creative marketing impact for clients and certainly love the buzz that the marketing industry brings!
My motto is? People buy people!
When I’m not working I like to…. go on holiday (that’s a hobby, right?) I love family walks with my new puppy, going out for food or you can’t beat a lazy day watching a good film with a nice cup of tea!

Favourite Netflix show and why… Some of my favourites have got to be, Stranger Things, Luther, The Hills, The Sinner and always love a binge of FRIENDS!
Random Fact about me? I have a fear of holes and inside out gloves!
What do you do? I’m responsible for developing a happy team. I greet all of my colleagues every morning with a smile and a wagging tail. Throughout the day I will visit each of the team to make sure everyone is happy.
My motto is: Always be nice to people and they will show you love.
When I’m not working I like to… Sleep, eat and play. I love to chase birds in the park, I would never hurt them, it’s the chase that I love.
What inspires you? Nice people.
Random fact about me… I was rescued 10 years ago, I only had 24 hours to live, my new mummy and daddy nursed me back to life.
What do you do? I’m responsible for developing and delivering a commercial strategy, driving sales activity leading to the acquisition of new business and managing the expansion of Project Storm into new markets. I also work with existing clients to expand their opportunities. I create, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
Past experience and credentials: I have worked for the business since 2004 and I have played a key part in how the business has developed. I now have the task of shaping it for the future as the new owner.
My motto is: People need to be empowered.
When I’m not working I like to…. Cook and relax on hot holidays. Oh, and drink wine.
What inspires you? People who believe in themselves.
Random fact about me… I am very sentimental.
What do you do? I am responsible for advertising sales within the business. I advise clients on suitable platforms on which to promote their business.
Past experience and credentials: I have been in sales for most of my working life. I received excellent training while working for Mars Confectionery for over ten years.
What inspires me? My lovely granddaughter Isabelle

Random fact about me? I hate dried fruit of any kind, so Christmas is a bit limited for me !

What do you do? I am responsible for the build and maintenance of websites and web applications. I liaise with clients to discuss website requirements/specifications and I work closely with the design team to produce the best possible solution for each individual client, which ranges from eCommerce to a simple five-page site.
Past experience and credentials: I have a degree in Computing and IT (Software) and have over 3 years of experience in web development. Previously to working for Project Storm Ltd, I worked in the education sector building and maintaining a chain of school websites.
My motto is? It is never too late to be what you might have been.
When I’m not working I like to…. Play sports, watch sports, go to the cinema and spend time with my family.
What inspires you: Internet Explorer being brave enough to ask you to be your default browser.
What do you do? I am the chief designer for Project Storm’s leading lifestyle magazine, Staffordshire Living. I am responsible for the preparation, layout, design and proof reading the publication as well as sending it to print. I check and create advertisements for both the magazine and online. I also design work for PR clients, which could be anything from designing either print-based work for leaflets and brochures or graphics for social media posts.
Past experience and credentials: I studied at the University of Scarborough for 3 years where I worked on several projects including print work, animation, video and websites, landing me a degree in Design for Digital Media. I have now been working as a graphic designer for 5 years, 3 of which have been here at Staffordshire Living.
My motto is? Don’t ruin a good today by thinking about a bad yesterday.
When I’m not working I like to…. Drink prosecco! I love being outdoors; a countryside walk is my fav, especially if it involves a sunset. I spend a lot of time with my family too, they’re the best!
Pet Hate? Noisy eaters!
Favourite Netflix show and why… I don’t think I can pick one. But my latest include; Dead to Me, The Haunting of Hill House, After Life and You… Oh and you can never go wrong with a Friends marathon!
What do you do? I oversee the production of Staffordshire’s leading lifestyle magazine – Staffordshire Living. I am responsible for the management and delivery of all the editorial content across the print and digital editions, including trends, feature articles, website content and social media channels. In addition, I am the Project Storm account manager for a number of our luxury lifestyle brands, producing social media content and advising on strategy for new projects.
Past experience and credentials: I have over 15 years international content experience working in both the UK and Asia on a number of lifestyle brands, producing content for publications, websites and managing social media output and community engagement. I have eight years of PR experience working agency and client-side for both B2B and consumer brands. I graduated with a 2:1 BA Joint honours degree in Sociology and Media.
My motto is? Life is short…don’t waste it.
When I’m not working I like to…. Chill out with my two little boys and my husband.
What inspires you? My family (and food).
Favourite Netflix show and why… I’ll watch anything, seriously. But on my ‘Continue Watching’ feed right now is: Bridesmaids, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, Ru Paul’s Drag Race, Good Girls, Bridget Jones’s Diary and Black Mirror. See, anything.
What do you do? I communicate directly with our clients and the rest of the Project Storm team to create effective marketing campaigns and deliver engaging content. My day-to-day responsibilities include; liaising with clients, writing blogs, press releases and e-newsletters, and working closely with our Marketing and Sales Project Manager (other Hollie!) to develop strategies for our clients.
Past experience and credentials: With a First Class degree in Joint Graphic Design & Multimedia and Journalism, my roles have always been varied. I have worked primarily as a Graphic Designer since 2015 but have recently developed my copywriting and marketing skills in my roles as a Marketing Executive and PR Account Executive in the last 18 months.
When I’m not working I like to…. Dance and sing terribly with a local theatre company, hoard D&D dice (and occasionally roll them), and stuff my face full of popcorn at the cinema.
Pet hate? Wearing shoes around the house.
Random fact about me… I have a ridiculously large collection of mugs.
Favourite Netflix show and why… I’m not sure I can choose! I’m obsessed with Stranger Things, GLOW, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Queer Eye, The Good Place…
What do you do? I support the whole team with administrative tasks. I am a key contact for clients who use our design service, and I liaise with the graphic designers to convey the client’s ideas. I also support the accounts team with invoicing and daily accounting tasks for Project Storm.
Past experience and credentials: I am a longstanding employee and I have experience working within various departments, enabling me to gain invaluable knowledge of the business and the day to day running of the company. I also have a GNVQ in ICT, an NVQ in Customer Service and an NVQ Business & Administration.
My motto is? I have two; map out your life, but do it in pencil and life is short, live for today!
When I’m not working I like to…. spend as much time as I can with my partner, family and friends. I go abroad at every opportunity and my favourite places I have visited in the last 12 months are Krakow, Turkey and Lanzarote.
Random fact about me When I was a toddler, I swallowed my own tongue!
Favourite Netflix show and why… Top Gear but the original with James May, Richard Hammond and Jeremy Clarkson. The specials are my favourite – in particular the Bolivia special. Jeremy Clarkson is just hilarious!
What do you do? As operations manager it’s my responsibility to make sure Project Storm is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. I am also responsible for all aspects of accounts for the company.
Past experience and credentials: I have been with the company for several years and have worked my way up from part time receptionist to Group Operations Manager.
My motto is: When life hands you lemons, make lemonade.
When I’m not working I like to…. Cook and eat out. I’m a huge music fan and I enjoy going to gigs, and I’m a frequent user of my local gym.
What inspires you? My daughter, she’s amazing!
What do you do? I am responsible for the design and print aspect of the business. I liaise with Project Storm clients and their account managers to offer ideas and solutions, but most importantly I ensure all artwork is perfect for the job intended. My role can be varied as I could be designing for contracted clients, one-off design and print jobs, wireframes for websites or advertisements for clients of Staffordshire Living magazine.
Past experience and credentials: I am a qualified designer with a degree in Textile Surface Design, before you ask (everyone does) it just means I love patterns and embroidery. I have worked in the marketing industry for over two years, achieving my dream of becoming a graphic designer when I joined Project Storm Ltd in February 2018.
My motto is? Be kind to yourself.
When I’m not working I like to… Eat pizza, think about pizza, look for new pizza restaurants…
