THE KITCHEN GALLERY
Kitchen Gallery specialise in luxury fitted kitchens and are the largest SieMatic dealer in the Midlands, with showrooms at the Mailbox Birmingham, Solihull and Stratford-upon-Avon.
Their team of expert designers are able to assist a range of customers from individual clients to developers and architects. Their international markets currently include the Middle East, Morocco, Italy, Spain, and luxury-chartered yachts.
Kitchen Gallery wanted to establish its own brand as an authority on home interiors and not just as a SieMatic dealer. Their own brand needed to appeal to their versatile customer base and emphasise Kitchen Gallery’s high end, luxury service from beginning to end.
Website Design and Development
In addition, the client needed a new website to better reflect their luxury offering that also demonstrated the bespoke nature of SieMatic, encouraged customer enquiries and improved their overall digital presence. KG wanted a sleek modern design, with great focus on user experience and interaction.
ESTABLISHING A BRAND
Before getting to work on the website, we worked alongside Kitchen Gallery to establish their brand guidelines – putting together recognisable fonts, colour ways and iconography that would form the basis of the KG brand.
Additionally to this, we created a logo animation (shown above) to visually demonstrate the thought process behind the transition from the Kitchen Gallery logo to the new stacked KG logo. This helps to raise brand recognition of the new logo as the brand develops.
0 HOURS DOWN TIME
Using this as a guide, we worked towards the client’s objectives for their website. While we developed a full website, we created a simple three-page website that better reflected the company ethos and still allowed customers to get in touch while we worked behind the scenes.
This site also allowed for a smooth transition between the new and previous branding by giving users a small snapshot to whet the appetite.
Kitchen Gallery's FULL SERVICE APPROACH
To emphasise KG’s full service approach, we included a ‘design journey’ on the homepage, as well as easy access to the KG portfolio pages and testimonials.
With the user in mind, we created different pages for each type of customer, which allowed us to tailor the information to suit each industry persona and create unique data capture opportunities across the website.
For example, the page for Interior Designers shows finished kitchens, listing what finishes and materials are used in each kitchen, allowing them to see the broad range of finishes KG has to offer and what works well together.
To better facilitate engagement and enquiries, we included a number of contact points across the website, such as a ‘Request brochure’ form, an e-newsletter sign-up and a ‘Request a consultation’ form. Consultations are a key tool for the sales team, so we included this as a call-to-action on each page.

The consultation form was designed to allow users to easily request a design consultation, whilst still providing the design team adequate information .
